In this position you with work with senior leaders in the Creative Product Group (CPG) which encompasses Creative Cloud Marketing, B2B and Partnerships, Digital Imaging, Digital Video and Audio, Pro Design, Engineering, and Program Management teams. This position will partner with leaders that are focused on growing our Creative and Document Cloud businesses with enterprise customers. What you'll do Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing our key leadership talent to culture and change management to putting Adobe for All into action. Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo What you need to succeed 10 years of HR Business Partnering or relevant leadership experience A positive, can-do, attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization Understand our business and how what you do will help us accelerate Adobe's growth Creativity in your DNA- this is Adobe after all. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,500 -- $292,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
